1. What kind of wax do you use?

Our waxes are an in-house blend of paraffin, soy, and coconut wax and may contain other waxes

This unique blend provides an excellent balance of strong scent throw, smooth melting, and long-lasting fragrance.

2. What type of warmer works best with your wax melts?

For the strongest scent throw, we recommend tea light wax melt warmers. While electric warmers will work, many do not get hot enough to fully release fragrance throughout your home.

3. How long does your wax need to cure?

We recommend a minimum cure time of 2 weeks. The longer the wax cures, the stronger and longer-lasting the scent will be. Many customers find the fragrance continues to deepen over time.

4. Can I get a refund on my order?

Because of the nature of hand-poured home fragrance products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Scent is subjective, and not every fragrance will appeal to everyone.

5. What happens if my package is lost, missing, or damaged?

At 804 Escentials LLC, we understand the frustration of package theft or lost deliveries. However, once your order leaves our hands, we cannot control its fate.

  • Lost in transit: We are happy to guide you along the steps in filing a USPS claim.

  • Marked as delivered but stolen: Unfortunately, we cannot reship items at our cost.

💡 To help prevent package theft, we recommend:

  • Shipping to a PO Box or using USPS “Hold for Pickup”

  • Installing a video doorbell or security camera

  • Using a package delivery locker service if available in your area

Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth and worry-free as possible.

6. Do you offer fragrance dupes or brand-inspired scents?

Yes! 804 Escentials LLC offers custom home fragrance items created through duplications, modifications, and original blends purchased from professional suppliers.
